Ajit Singh Johal (aka AJ) is a distinguished Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of experience in Tax planning, Individual and Business Tax return preparation, and IRS representation. As a co-owner of G&S Accountancy Inc., AJ plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial services to individuals and small businesses, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies. AJ is committed to staying at the forefront of the accounting profession, completing 72 hours of continuing education every three years to keep pace with evolving tax laws and regulations. His expertise in federal tax planning and his meticulous approach to client service have earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence in the field. In addition to his professional pursuits, AJ is passionate about golf and actively participates in local golf tournaments. His involvement in the community and dedication to mentoring young professionals reflect his commitment to making a positive impact both in and out of the office.

Pooja Gupta is a highly skilled finance professional with over seven years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and audit services. As a Senior Accountant at G&S, Pooja plays a vital role in reviewing and analyzing financial statements, finalizing financials for audits, reviews, and compilations, and managing bookkeeping in QuickBooks and other ERP systems. Pooja holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Her expertise in financial review engagements, compilations, budgeting, and forecasting ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for her clients. Outside of her professional commitments, Pooja enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new cuisines, bringing a well-rounded approach to both her work and personal life.

Lorena Contreras is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. She studied Public Accounting in Mexico and later pursued Business Administration and Accounting in the U.S. Lorena’s expertise spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, and retail. At our firm, Lorena specializes in Tax Resolution and Payroll Management, managing client accounts and ensuring timely and accurate tax filings. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she effectively communicates with a diverse client base. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team. Lorena is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and consistently provides exceptional service. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.  

Abhinav Aggarwal, or Abhi, has been with our firm since 2020, bringing over 10 years of accounting experience. He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS. As a Senior Accountant, Abhi specializes in Financial Projections, Bookkeeping, Internal Management Reporting, Financial analysis, and Sales Tax returns. His expertise in QuickBooks ensures efficient and compliant financial operations. Abhi is dedicated to providing accurate financial insights and tailored solutions to help clients meet their business objectives.

Riya Manocha has been an integral part of our team, bringing over 10 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Business Planning, Forecasting, and Tax Resolutions. She is a Chartered Accountant with a strong track record of handling complex tax cases with the IRS, FTB, EDD, CDTFA, and other agencies. At G&S Accountancy, Riya is proficient in preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. Her entrepreneurial skills have been crucial in assisting early-stage startups in assessing their financial positions and navigating the challenges of growth. Outside of her professional commitments, Riya enjoys the outdoors and frequently embarks on road trips, exploring new destinations and recharging her creative energy.

Tony, is a Commerce and Finance graduate with over 10 years of experience in the BPO, Consulting, and Education industries. As an Accountant and Payroll Specialist at G&S Accountancy Inc., Tony is skilled in preparing financial statements, including trial balance, cash flow statements, reconciliation reports, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements, and balance sheets. When he’s not working, Tony loves traveling, hiking, and playing cricket.

Vanessa Rubio brings extensive expertise to our team at G&S Accountancy Inc., with advanced qualifications including an MBA in Finance, an M.A. in Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations. She specializes in a range of tax and compliance services, from filing sales tax and IFTA returns to assisting with IRS and FTB payments. Vanessa also manages the formation and dissolution of U.S. entities and oversees the filing of Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOIR). Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys listening to music, cooking, and traveling.

With nearly seven years of experience in payroll management, Pia is a key player in our team. She holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech), which provides a strong technical foundation for her role. Priyanka expertly manages all facets of payroll operations, from client onboarding to end-to-end payroll processing, and handles complex tax notices with ease. Outside of work, she’s passionate about traveling and exploring new places, which fuels her creativity and broadens her perspective.

Rachel Porter is a licensed CPA and brings a wealth of knowledge to our firm. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Accounting. At G&S Accountancy, Rachel specializes in Tax Notice Resolutions and the Finalization of Accounts, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting. Her work provides our clients with reliable financial guidance and support.

Max Monroe is a dedicated Enrolled Agent specializing in tax preparation for U.S. clients. At G&S, he focuses on resolving complex IRS and state tax issues, ensuring full compliance for his clients.
